These Top 10 Strangest Statues are defiantly a little different, some i admit are quite creative and others are just plain out there. I know these are not technically optical illusions, but they are something worth checking out. The first is kinda cute, the two statues are munching on a biscuit bench! It is located infront of the Bukcheon Museum in Seoul Korea. The second is a somewhat upside down version of Charles La Trobe. Impossible Triangle Statue Optical Illusion

The Impossible Triangle Statue Optical Illusion is a bit of a different spin at the impossible triangle, most of them are disconnected edges that appear to be as one complete triangle at the right angle. This Impossible Triangle is actually connect at all the points and appears a regular triangle from one direction, When viewed from the side it appears to just be a wavy triangle.

I’m not sure where it is located or where the picture was taken but its a cool statue!

Giant underwater sculpture

Under water sculptures are not something you see every day. I got certified for scuba diving a few years back and tend to get excited when i find anything different underwater.. Just imagine swimming up to this 18′ tall rock giant lurking under sea. This masterpiece  was created by the artist Jason deCaires Taulor.  Jason has numerous works of under masterpieces such as the underwater sculpture park. Jasons latest sculpture is located off the coast of Nassau in the bahamas.

In effort to keep to add beauty with out affecting the environment the statue is made from a PH-neutral cement.  This marine safe compound allows for corals and other reef inhabitants to thrive and create a natural reef around the underwater art.  If you are ever in Nassau be sure to put on those flippers and snorkel or dive out to see this underwater work of art.

Upside Down House

The Upside Down House from Trassenheide Germany was built as an artistic project by udiusz Golos and Sebastion Mikuciuk. Unlike most upside down houses this house isnt just a shell but a fully furnished completely upside down. It would be one trippy house to walk though, also be sure to check out this upside down statue. Do you think you could actually live in that house? It would defiantly mess with your head after a while!

Worlds smallest Artwork

Willard Wigan is created of the Worlds Smallest art works, his miniature creations are so small they fit inside the eye of a needle or on top of the head of a pin.  Most of the sculptures are created from a grain of sand which are slowly carved away and painted with a hair plucked off the back of a fly! Many of Willard’s artwoks sell for over 300,000 each! His collection was recently baught for over 30 Million! Im not quite sure if this classifies as an optical illusion, but its pretty amazing if you ask me.  The photos below were taken looking through a micorscope! Willard even has plans to make his work even smaller. Enjoy these magnificant creations of the worlds smallest art.

Creative Advertising – Street ads

Creative ads are everywhere these days, its almost a necessity to have eye catching advertisements in order to be seen these days.  Everywhere you look these days is an advertisement in one way or another. This street ad I found to be fairly clever. The statue underneath is being rebuilt, and these nice advertisers are flipping the bill! It no matter which way you look at the tarp around the statue the image appears to blend into its surroundings.  Just think if you can sell ads on a tarp while you chisel away a new statue you can sell ads anywhere!
