Fercos Brothers Water Levitation Optical Illusion

Fercos Brothers Water Levitation Optical Illusion is a pretty awesome magic show. I have always been amazed as magicians trying to figure out how they pull off their amazing illusions. Levatiation Optical Illusions, have always been a crowd pleaser’s. I know back in the day they would have a thin bar going behind the curtains holding up the lovely assistant, and the hope passing under was all in how you maneuver it.  In this optical illusion the Fercos brothers are lacking a curtain, so unless there is somethings hidden by the water im at a loss for this one.. any ideas?

Backwards Reflection Optical Illusion

Backwards Reflection Optical Illusion was submitted by one of our readers. If you look in to the mirror instead of seeing his face you see the back of his head, a backwards reflection! how the heck does that happen? How the heck would they pull that reflection off? My only guess is the mirrors are angles to bounce of each other (one out of plain view) that is seeing the back of his head.. at least thats my guess.. any other ideas? This image was inspired by a Magritte painting and created by Paul Bradley

What a lovely reelection? how the heck is it backwards..

Underwater Candle Flame Optical Illusion

Underwater Candle Flame Optical Illusion is once crazy illusion.  First time I have seen a flame under water! It nicely compliments the liquid Water Flame Optical Illusion.  So how the heck do you think they do it? unless theres some high tech water proof flames lol.  But if it was a fake glass with a acrylic lid it would suffocate the flame and go out within a few seconds, so very quick with the photography or how the heck would they of pulled it off?

3D Mars Stereograph

3D Mars Stereographs is a real neat way to see a 3D image of the mars land rover.  When you stare at the image make your  eyes go slitely cross eyed until the two images merge to form a center image, you will have your 3D version. Anohter method is to put your nose cloce to the image and slowly move away, althoe i find the first method works almost instantly for me! so try it out!

3D Perspective Subway Art

3D Perspective Subway Art was created at a subway station in Bayview. These cool pieces of art look very odd and skewed when looking at them form the side, but when viewed straight on they become almost 3d and pop out at your.. its a very cool effect. Generally these perspective optical illusions are created using light and shadows to cast the design then follow the lines! Also check out these 3D Rooms, they were created by the same method.

Head in the Sand Optical Illusions

The Head in the sand optical illusions are simple yet cleaver illusions. This first boy was beheaded, although he doesn’t look to sad about it. The second boy is not so content with his headless status but hes keeping it safe. If you ever get board at the beach, you now have a whole new effect to try and make your own illusions.. You just need to a find a friend to let you bury him in the sand 🙂
