The Invisible Man Optical Illusion
The Invisible man is a specular optical illusion. Unlike the original invisible man this guy actually painted himself using body paint to match his surrounding. The first one below is one of my favorites, at a glance you would completely miss him! Be sure to also check out the other body paint invisible man. This isn’t really an optical illusion… at least it’s greater goal is not to be one. This man is protesting the Chinese government’s refusal to acknowledge the legal rights of its citizens, and, to protest, he paints himself to blend in like the backgrounds so that he too appears to be invisible (thus the amazing pictures of the guard holding him.
This is what happens when people have too much time on their hands.
