The World’s Largest lightness Optical Illusion was created by Barton Anderson and Johnathan Winawer. In one image the figures appear black and the other they appear white, this is due to the eyes impression of the figures with the surrounding background.
In fact they are both the identical colors, if you were to cut it out and put them side by side they are completely identical.
The Leaning Tower Optical Illusion created by Fredrick Kingdom, Ali Yoonessi and Elena Gheorghin. It is a fairly simple illusion in that its actually the exact same image in both pictures yet the one on the right appears to be leaning;
The leaning illusion is caused by the eyes perception of the outside lines of the towers. Since the towers outside lines are parrallel, your visual system perceives them as diverging as they rise this is what causes the perception of the leaning tower.
As a side note i found that if you cross your eyes so there is three images of the towers when the middle one if formed it looks 3D and almost pops out at you! try it!
