Duracell Battery Powered Optical Illusion

As part of Duracell’s new advertisement strategy they have created many Battery Powered Optical Illusions. The first is of a Duracell battery powered escalator, this one has been placed at the bottom of escalators in major shopping malls. The second is the Duracell battery powered electrical box, which has been randomly spotted in major city’s. These are both cleaver eye catching ads, I mean hey if those 2 battery’s can power an escalator or a giant electrical box just think what they can do for you 🙂

Science World Beaver Tree Optical Illusion

Science world always has new eye catching adds, one of their latest is this Beaver Tree Optical Illusion. From a distance it appears that these trees have been attacked by a heard of beavers! At first i thought it actually was eaten by a beaver then held up by a plastic tube surrounding the bite marks, in actuality its just a wrap around sign of a high resolution photo of an actual tree eaten by a beaver. Science world has done it again with this cleaver add, it would make just about anyone take a closer look.

Packing Tape Art

This spectacular Packing Tape Art was created by a very creative artist by the name of mark khaisman form Philadelphia. Mark created these masterpiece was created with layer upon layer of packing tape. The packing tape art is created on large squares of Plexiglases then illuminated on top of light box to give this art depth and show its true beauty. Displayed along one of the main street it will defiantly draw your attention.

3D Anti Drinking and Driving Optical Illusion is a new creative anti drinking and driving sticker optical illusion. This new creative ad is being placed in washrooms in bars and night clubs to send a clear message about drinking and driving. Slogans on the shirt such as “I’m fine to drive”, “I have drove home like this hundreds of times”, “ill sober up when I’m behind the wheel” and “Just give me five minutes and ill be fine to drive”. In my opinion this is a awesome way to send out the anti drinking and driving message.

Bonnet Bay House Optical Illusion

The Bonnet Bay House Optical Illusion is located in Bonnet Bay, South Whales. Im not to sure if this was intended or an accident, but take a look at both of the balcony’s and the roof lines. Notice anything a little bit off? Is the Balcony a little slanted or skeywed out or is it just the angle the photo was taken from? Then again could just be a an architect having a bit of fun… What do you think?

Morphing Cube Optical Illusion

The Morphing Cube statue is a pretty wild statue, its shaped like a giant jack and appears to morph or change shape as you walk around it. This creative statue is located in Gothenburg, Sweden. When viewed from the side it looks like it is completely flat, when vied from another side it appears all bendy and out of whack, and form yet another angle it looks like a huge chunky statue. It really is a pretty cool effect.. well enough of my rambling check out the pictures for your self.

Floating Head Optical Illusion

The Floating Head Optical Illusion is quite simple, and no this is not a photo shop! This picture has not been touched since it was originally taken! This cool optical illusion is created with a giant mirror with a hole in it. You put your head through the hole then focus the camera on the mirror rather than your head, and bam! Your head appears to be floating in thin air! Now if everyone had a giant mirror with a hole in it laying around think of all the cool optical illusions you could create.

Top 10 Strangest Statues

These Top 10 Strangest Statues are defiantly a little different, some i admit are quite creative and others are just plain out there. I know these are not technically optical illusions, but they are something worth checking out. The first is kinda cute, the two statues are munching on a biscuit bench! It is located infront of the Bukcheon Museum in Seoul Korea. The second is a somewhat upside down version of Charles La Trobe. The third is a little on the strange side, its a giant peeing statue in Prague. There is everything form falling sharks to giant thumbs to take a look at the top 10 Strangest statues.
